All payments made to Trust Cloaker for subscription plans, usage fees, or other services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or credited, regardless of usage duration or account activity. We encourage users to explore our free or trial options before committing to a paid plan.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan anytime directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will prevent future renewals and billing. However, cancelling your plan will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or there has been a billing error, please contact our billing department at billing@trustcloaker.example within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any verifiable errors as soon as possible.

4. Service Termination

In the event your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit for any remaining subscription period.
